How It Works

Built for the garage
that does serious work.

Most workbenches do one thing. The Di-Lock® system means yours does everything — mechanical work, fabrication, heavy lifting — without taking up two spaces or wasting your weekend setting up.

How the Di-Lock system works

Three moves. No tools. Under a minute.

1
Slide it in

The Di-Lock rail is machined into the full length of the frame — not bolted on, not an add-on. Every accessory slides along it until it's exactly where you need it. Vice, clamps, grinder mount, welding fixture — all of them.

2
Lock it solid

One motion. The accessory locks into the slot and doesn't move. The frame handles 500kg. Under load, under vibration, under the kind of work you actually do in a garage — it holds.

3
Change it when you need to

Repositioning takes seconds. Removing takes less. The bench adapts to the job — you don't adapt to the bench. That's the difference between a workbench and a Di-Lock workbench.

Core System

The Di-Lock® Rail

The slot rail is the reason the bench exists. It runs the full width of the frame, precision machined to accept every Di-Lock accessory — vice, clamps, grinder mount, welding fixture clamp, and more as the range grows. No drilling into your bench. No adapting. No losing workspace to a fixed setup that only works for one task. Slide in what you need. Move it. Remove it. The rail is always there.

Leg System

The Legs Work Too

The frame legs are ERW steel with 10mm fixing holes at 50mm centres — the same uniform pattern on every size. That consistency means the legs are a mounting system in their own right. Shelves, foam tool boards, wiper roll holders all bolt directly on. If your garage is short on space — and most are — the legs give you vertical storage that actually works with the bench rather than fighting it for room.

Surface Options

One Bench.
Two Surfaces.

Phenolic-coated plywood for mechanical, maintenance, and upholstery work. Steel for fabrication, welding, and anything that involves sparks landing on the surface. Most garages do both kinds of work. Most garages own two benches to handle it — or compromise on one. The Di-Lock quick-release system lets you swap between them in seconds. The same bench. The right surface for the job.

Mobility

Stays Put or
Moves With You

Four base options — boltable feet for a fixed permanent position, locking castors for a bench that moves and locks, self-levelling castors for uneven concrete floors, and all-terrain castors for outdoor or multi-surface use. All four options give you the same working height, so whichever suits your space, the bench works identically. Choose at order — or change your mind later.
