1. Workbench Orders
All workbenches are made to order with a standard lead time of 3-5 weeks.
Once production is complete, workbenches are securely shipped on a pallet to ensure safe delivery.
Customers are responsible for assembling the workbench upon delivery. All necessary fixings and assembly instructions are included with your order.
2. Accessory Orders
Accessories are typically shipped within 1-3 days of purchase.
Tracking details will be provided once your accessories are dispatched.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of all products.
4. International Shipping (If applicable)
We ship to select international destinations.
Any additional duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
